With other companies using automation for various purposes, it's clear farming is due for a major upgrade. Small scale farmers all over the world are still doing everything by hand. Their valuable time is used doing tasks that could be done more easily and effectively with technology. By automating farming we can give valuable time, money, and power back to farmers. As large companies begin to overtake the farming industry it's time we come together to empower local farmers and promote better, more environmentally sustainable food.
Learning Locally acting Globally
We see automated farming as an opportunity not only in our home of Boulder, Colorado but all over the world. In many developing communities electric fences haven't even been introduced because of their high cost and unreliability. The livestock farmers wake up early in the day to monitor livestock. Our ability to deliver a reliable, automated product gives us a chance to change that.
